Why wasn't my hosting plan assigned a dedicated IP (BusinessClass)?

Q: I have a BusinessClass hosting plan and didn't get my dedicated IP when the account was setup. Why? A: Unfortunately it is standard practice so that Saarthi's operation can comply with ARIN's regulations. IPv4 addresses are running out and are only assigned per request based on regulations.
